Aline Beauné Bourgogne Blanc 2021
2018 marked Aline Beauné's debut as a solo winemaker, though she brings 15 years of experience as head winemaker at Château de la Crée in Santenay. Seizing the opportunity when the Buxy co-operative’s lease on 5 hectares of her family’s 12-hectare Montagny vineyard ended, she began crafting her own wines.
Located in Saint-Vallerin, her 5 hectares are dedicated to 12.5% Aligoté, 25% Bourgogne Blanc, 50% Montagny Villages, and 12.5% Montagny 1er Cru Chazelle. With her expertise, a strong foundation of quality vines, and a passion for innovation, Aline is poised to make a lasting mark in the Côte Chalonnaise.
