Caparsa is a family-run organic winery in Radda in Chianti, managed by Paolo Cianferoni and his family since 1982. Originally purchased by Paolo's father, Professor Reginaldo Cianferoni, in 1965, the 28-acre estate has been revitalized by Paolo since 1999. The winery focuses on Sangiovese, producing wines known for their vibrant acidity, authentic tannins, and long aging potential.
