This wine is made from 100% hand-harvested Glera grapes, picked in early September from the hills of Refrontolo and surrounding areas at 140–200m altitude. Grown using the Sylvoz system, the wine has a residual sugar of 7 g/l and total acidity of 5.8 g/l.
Vinification involves soft pressing with must separation, static decantation, and primary fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. For optimal preservation, store upright in a cool, dark place.
